V.I.P. Property Maintenance, Inc. opened its doors in January of 1995 in the Fox Valley area with a dedication to our business, industry, and customers. Our long term relationships with Chicagoland companies have been a large part of our success and have allowed us to help beautify our community. VIP originally focused on design for hardscape & planting areas, maintenance to allow sustainability, and carried this seamlessly through to the winter season for snow plowing and removal operations. Throughout the years our services have expanded to aid our customers in additional areas, from pressure washing to project management. We have become a one call, one stop resource for high end residential and commercial customers to receive unmatched service levels and results.
